Installed NVR RLN8-410 and 4x camera 2 uears ago., works perfect also in the App on my android phone.Bought aTrackmix Poe.NVR keeps saying wrong username or p[censored]word.Did a factory reset on the cam by pressing the reset[censored]on.Did a reset on the NVR, complete new setup and created two accounts.There where no new software updates I have the latest.Still does NOT work.Did the:Manually typed UIDAutomatic install and non automatic.Scanned the QR code Installing through App and NVRStandard Username = adminP[censored]word blank (no p[censored]word)P[censored]word same as what I use in Superaccount admin and General account.Stil no worky....What do I do wrong ??Tnx for your help
@emile-buurman_525437229072612 Has anyone got an answer for this? Just bought 2 TrackMix poe cameras and an NVR RNL8-410 with firmware N3MB301 and have the same problem. Also bought 2 wifi items (doorbell and wifi camera) and these show up on the nvr system. We have also tried all the different combinations that emile... has tried and have no luck. Do the poe TrackMix cameras really work with the NVR???
@user_757127374741702_757127374741702 Go to Reolink download centre and check that both the nvr and the TrackMix have the most recent firmware.
@Emile-Buurman_525437229072612 we've got it to work. Even though our nvr said that it had up to date firmware (and showed the latest version) we decided to manually make the nvr do a firware update.Hubby downloaded the reolink windows client from the Reolink website onto the pc. Then found the latest firmware for the nvr in the download section of reolink and unzipped to desktop. Then forced a manual firmware update on the nvr using the windows client software (go to device -> nvr (cog) -> system -> maintenance -> firmware update -> browse and then locate the PAK file that you've unzipped).We did factory resets on the TrackMix poe cameras and the everything then worked fine. @user_757127374741702_757127374741702 Tnx for sharingI don't have Windows but a Chromebook whit the app installed. and the Android app on my cellphone.Is it must to have Windows?I have the "how to" but the screenshots show a different interfsce.Login/ Device settings/ System /MaintenanceOnly way to get there is through te NVR connecred to a screen and opetate it by mouse.In my phone app it's a no go.Dang..... ;-(

my only suggestion is to borrow a windows laptop for an hour. Once you've done the update then you won't need the windows pc again. You definitey can't do it on the phone app or the nvr interface.
