I have a multi monitor setup and I'd like to maximize the Reolink Client on a secondary monitor; however, it appears that whenever the program is maximized, it defaults to the main monitor and refuses to maximize on the current monitor it is displaying.

        Hi Jasonhu,

Would you please kindly send some snapshot or photos of your issue?

        We tested in two modes:
        1. COPY the main monitor to a second one:
REOLINK CLIENT will display on the 2 monitors at the same time. When we maximize the client, both monitors respond the same and get maximized client.

        2. EXTEND the main monitor to a second one:
REOLINK CLIENT will display only on the main monitor. Whatever we do, it can only respond in that monitor.

We will check more upon your photos and analyze. Thanks.

          Hi!

I have two monitors that are not copies of each other. They are an extension. When maximizing, no matter where the Reolink Client is, the maximized Reolink Client will only go to the main monitor. I want to have the Reolink Client maximized on the secondary monitor but that is not possible currently. It should be relatively simple to modify the code that will allow the Reolink Client to see which monitor the program is in and maximize the window to the current monitor.

I took a short vid showing this issue, but maximize file size for attachment is 521 KB.

          Thanks!

I reported this problem months ago via email to the support team. I see it still has not been fixed.

I have the exact same issue.

                Hi Chaycock,

Yes. We have got your feedback and sent to engineer. As the client has great changes to record and transcode MP4 files directly, it is a long time for this new version to be published. In this week, it has been under test and hopefully the new version can be released in 1 week. Thanks.

Same here, I have 4 screens, its annoying. I usually minimize to 1440*900 so I can move it to the other screen. But it has to stay at 1440*900.

Hi, we do not support Maximizing Reolink client to the other screen now. And we are working on this feature.

After you maximize the app you can try:

Win+Shift+Left arrow: Move window to the monitor on the left
Win+Shift+Right arrow: Move window to the monitor on the right

This will shift the program to another monitor. I tried on mine and it worked.
