    No live stream of NVR Cameras with Reolink Mobile App in 4g

      Dear Community,

      I contact you to share an issue raised on the Reolink Mobile App (4.41.0.4.20231023).
      I can't connect to my NVR from:

      • my smartphone (Google Pixel 4 - Android 13) using 4G network (SFR, French mobile service provider).
      • my wife's smartphone (Samsung - Android 13) using 4G network (ORANGE, French mobile service provider).


      I can connect to my NVR when using:

      • the very same smartphones connected to local WIFI (LAN where NVR is located)
      • the very same smartphones connected to remote WIFI (connection to the other smartphone set as Wifi access point).


      I have identified a workaround :

      • From the main page of the Android Reolink app, I click on parameter symbol (wheel on the right part of the screen, next to the name of my NVR)
      • NVR parameters are displayed and at the bottom, there is the "channel" section
      • I choose one channel and click on "display"
      • video is then streamed but I can not access to recorded events.


      It was working perfectly well several weeks ago, before Reolink application update.
      UID is enabled for the camera.

      Have you observed the same behaviour ?
      Have you identified a fix ?
