      Just got a 4 camera set up. Have a couple hooked up and recording. I had no trouble using an Android phone to see but when I have tried watching on a PC on the same network as the NVR I can’t get it to work. Downloaded the Client soft ware but can seem to find no instructions to make it work?

        Hi Kc,

        Would you please kindly check whether the NVR and your PC is connected to the same router in the same network?
        If yes, please SCAN DEVICE IN LAN and see whether it can be seen in the list below. If not, please try to close your firewall and check.

          Thanks finally got it. The step I was missing was that 4th box over just to the left of the trash button. Hit it one time just to see what would happen and that is what logged me in.
