      I updated to the latest firmware on my camera RLC-410 and the latest win client software V7.1.2.40. In the live view area the camera display is a blue screen that is it no video..if I use internet explorer to open the camera I can see the camera video with no issues. With my blue iris software I have no issues for viewing but the recorded video and audio playback is choppy.
      Any suggestions?

        Hi, please kindly provide the blue screen capture for us to check. Also if it is possible, please kindly send the UID and password of admin to support@reolink.com then they will check the settings for you.
