Blue screen in live view area

I updated to the latest firmware on my camera RLC-410 and the latest win client software V7.1.2.40. In the live view area the camera display is a blue screen that is it no video..if I use internet explorer to open the camera I can see the camera video with no issues. With my blue iris software I have no issues for viewing but the recorded video and audio playback is choppy.
Any suggestions? -
