Mac Client 18.104.22.168 Quits Unexpectedly in Clear Mode

I have an issue on playback from the NVR. I started with the RLK8-410B4 and have added three more RLC-410 and one C1 wireless. The system has been working well, except; I am trying to playback one camera feed at a time, full screen, in CLEAR mode, but the Reolink Mac Client (Ver 22.214.171.124) quits unexpectedly. Error Message “Reolink Client quit unexpectedly.” OS Version: Mac OS X 10.12.4 (16E195).
I am able to playback in FLUENT mode with no errors. But I am trying to playback in CLEAR mode to take a picture of a specific event.
Steps to Recreate Error:
- Select Channel to playback
- Enlarge window to full screen
- Play in Fluent Mode to confirm video recording is present
- Start clip again, but in CLEAR mode
- After about 10 seconds the Error Message “Reolink Client quit unexpectedly” appears
Record: Overwrite = Checked; Pre-record = Checked; Post record = 2 minutes; Pack duration = 1 hour
Encode (Same for all RLC-410 channels)
Fluent: Audio = Checked; Resolution = Q720P; Frame rate = 7; Max bitrate = 160
Clear: Audio = Checked; Resolution = 2560*1440; Frame rate = 30; Max bitrate = 6144

@borealnvr not very helpful in solving your issue, but I can also confirm this is an ongoing issue with the Mac client with the recent update. As you said, very easy to recreate and only when in clear view preview mode. I would suspect this to be addressed in the next release of the client. I have not yet tried the latest NVR firmware, but I suspect it is not the NVR causing the issue, but the Mac client itself. You may also get a quicker reply from Reolink if you email support with this issue. I do not do enough previewing myself to experience it that often. However, when I do need to go back and look at or confirm something, it can be very frustrating.
