I have an issue on playback from the NVR. I started with the RLK8-410B4 and have added three more RLC-410 and one C1 wireless. The system has been working well, except; I am trying to playback one camera feed at a time, full screen, in CLEAR mode, but the Reolink Mac Client (Ver 3.3.11.42) quits unexpectedly. Error Message “Reolink Client quit unexpectedly.” OS Version: Mac OS X 10.12.4 (16E195).I am able to playback in FLUENT mode with no errors. But I am trying to playback in CLEAR mode to take a picture of a specific event.Steps to Recreate Error:
I was upgrading from: HI3535_NVR_8IP_REOLINK_L300_0924_4023_1322 to HI3535_NVR_8IP_REOLINK_L300_1104_4153_1418.

The 8-port NVR is stuck on the ATTENTION screen for over 60 minutes.I am attempting to upgrade to firmware: HI3535_NVR_8IP_REOLINK_L300_1104_4153_1418 from USB.I used the same USB stick to upgrade the firmware on the RLC-410 cameras and that worked fine. But the Warning screen:ATTENTION
I am also trying to upgrade the firmware for the C1. I have tried to use the LAN port on the back of the NVR (8 port), with the USB stick for the source of the C1 IPC_36S16M... file. But this did not work. Upgrade failed. I will retry after the NVR upgrades to the latest firmware. The C1 is new and it has only been connected to the NVR via the LAN port. I have not tried to connect wireless yet.
