I purchased two Argus 2 cameras to monitor home entrances. The cameras are working as expected but I have several issues with the Reolink Client for Windows.
1) When I want to download a video from the client it will automatically disconnect from the device (camera) although I was connected to it and in the middle of the (video file) download! I get a message informing me that I was disconnected due to a battery saving. I do understand the need to preserve battery life, but my cameras are connected to the power source and are constantly at >90%. I think that the Client shouldn't disconnect in the middle of video transfer. Please fix the issue. Maybe implement a condition that if camera's battery is below 30% or so it will enforce a strict battery saving regime, but if a camera is over 50% charged I do not see reasoning for such user unfriendly behavior.
2) I didn't find an option to download all video clips from a camera. I found only a way to download all videos recorded in a single day. Is there a way to download all videos stored on a camera (memory card) to a PC?
The third question isn't related to the Reolink Windows Client.
3) Since I'm in the EU and have no access to the Reolink Cloud which is restricted to beta status and USA users, is there a way to automatically backup recordings from a camera to a local PC/NVR or a cloud storage (Google Drive or whatever)? If someone gets a hold of my camera they can reset it, steal the SD card, etc. and I will be left without any proof of the incident. I would highly appreciate possibility to remotely store the recordings (either via LAN or WAN option). If there is currently no such option and no ETA on the Reolink Cloud for the EU, do you plan to implement such a feature?
