How ColorX Technology Turn Night into Day
Reolink App v4.41 Released
Once a channel is dragged into the playback, there is no fast forward or reverse. Also how do you remove a channel from playback, the only way I can tell is to close the client. We also need option to set and save the default speed for the PTZ cameras. 32 is to fast. This is a great improvement over the old client. Thanks.
There are 2 modes, Live and Playback. Switch back to live or just drag another camera into the playback window. There is a fast forward control in the bottom right hand corner. There is no reverse playback ( which is a huge oversite as is the inability expand the timeline to enable fine tuning of the playback).
You expand the timeline by clicking the timeline b**ton on right side of timeline, then use your scroll wheel on your mouse to expand it. Like I previously said, once channel is dragged into the playback, there is no fast forward b**ton. There is a b**ton before it is dragged over.I did figure out you have to drag the channel out of playback, simply going back to live view does not remove it.
Thanks for the pointer on the timeline! The fast forward b**ton works on mine even when the channel is dragged into the window.
Are you on a pc or a mac? I'm on pc. I have uninstalled, cleaned reg and reinstalled client. I still lose the FF b**ton when I drag a channel over to playback. And a Reverse b**ton would be nice to have. Also the popup to expand the timeline/download takes up a ton of real estate, especially if scrubbing thru 4 channels. This would be nice to have docked at the bottom or elsewhere.
I am using a PC. Suggest you open a ticket. I have always found Reolink quick to respond. I have already suggested a rewind function, via their tech help, would be essential and as this is a beta, they could be open to ideas to improve.
