I bought the Reolink RLK8-410B4 and have been very happy with it so far. But I am confused as to how it all works together. I believe that each camera has enough CPU to support a web server and that the camera has configuration settings that it maintains on the camera itself. 1) When I make configuration settings for the camera via either the NVR or the Reolink app, are the settings maintained on the camera itself or on the NVR? Does the camera communicate with the NVR for settings? Or does the camera think it stands alone and only uses the NVR for storage?2) How does the Reolink app (either Windows or Android) work in conjunction with the NVR? I saw something yesterday that says if you make a particular configuration change (motion setting) using the Reolink Windows app, that it is only effective so long as the Reolink Windows app is up. If the PC goes to sleep, the motion detection stops. (https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007521113-How-to-Set-up-Motion-Detection-Recording-via-Reolink-PoE-NVR-)3) I had always assumed I would use the Reolink Windows app once the NVR was up and rarely, if ever, use the NVR for anything. Is that correct? Are there any functions that can ONLY be set/contolled by the NVR itself?
