Reolink App v4.41 Released
I am not able to view live or recorded video using the iOS app, whan I check the "encode" setting, I get message "Get encode info failed". What do I need to do to fix the error ?Also the MAC app say "no camera"
May I know if your iPhone is within the same network of the camera or not? how about your MAC, are they all connected to the same router as the camera does?Please also check the State of the camera under Devices on the IOS app, does it show login succeed?Would you please tell me what's the model number of your camera?Thanks in advance.
Yes the iPhone and the MAC PC are both on the same home network (same router). The login into the DVR system/device is successful.The camera model is RLC-210W
I plugged the NVR into another switch and now both phone and MAC clients are working. Thank you
