      I just installed my Reolink RLK8-410B2D2 4 camera kit, but whenever I check the box for push notification on the iOS app or on the desktop app in the motion action section and hit save, it becomes unchecked after I go back and check it again. I do get emails when motion is detected, but not push notifications.

      What can I do?

        Hi edmondbina

        To enable push notification, 5 steps you need to check:

        1, please upgrade your Reolink Client to latest V7.1.2.43 and your camera firmware to 1275_16102900 version.

        *method to upgrade firmware please refer to https://reolink.com/faq/how-to-upgrade-ip-camera-with-nvr/

        2, enable motion in Alarm in Reolink Client;



        3, enable push in network>>advanced>>push in Reolink Client;



        4, enable Reolink App push in your phone;

        *ios



        *android


        5, enable push in Reolink App;
