Push Notification Keeps Disabling

I just installed my Reolink RLK8-410B2D2 4 camera kit, but whenever I check the box for push notification on the iOS app or on the desktop app in the motion action section and hit save, it becomes unchecked after I go back and check it again. I do get emails when motion is detected, but not push notifications.
What can I do?

To enable push notification, 5 steps you need to check:
1, please upgrade your Reolink Client to latest V220.127.116.11 and your camera firmware to 1275_16102900 version.

2, enable motion in Alarm in Reolink Client;
3, enable push in network>>advanced>>push in Reolink Client;
4, enable Reolink App push in your phone;
5, enable push in Reolink App;
