@reolink-fiona Thank you for your reply. What is the suggested way for an Non-OTA-Update? I was connected to the CAM by the recent Windows Client and wanted to save the configuration first, but this didnt work, so i got suspicious and cancelled the update process.

I have a RLC-510WA with Firmware 3.0.0.177, HW-Verson IPC_523128M5MP, which is the same when i buyed the cam. "Search for updates" via the Andoid-App dont show any updates since i habe buyed the cam, but there must be 2 updates, at least the 3.1.x-Firmware, which is available for this cam in the Reolink Download Section.
Obviously, OTA (over the air) Updates dont work.

I have the RLC-511WA (Firmware v3.0.0.177) and there a filters (motion detection, persons, vehicles) for email and push alert and clip recording as well. BUT filters affect not to FTP upload, ALL clips with motion detection are uploaded to FTP, which makes the AI-function quite worthless for me, because of too much useless clips and FTP-Space of about 10 to 20 GB a day.
