I am streaming my 3 Reolink cameras to YouTube using a Raspberry Pi 3 and ffmpeg. The bad news is that you have to compile ffmpeg on the Pi itself, because there is no installer. The good news is that there are multiple ”cookie-cutter” sets of instructions on the internet. The other good news it that, if you set it up correctly, the ffmpeg software does not do any transcoding, and just forwards the RTSP stream to YouTube, so the CPU utilization is very low. I have one Pi forwarding 3 different cameras to 3 different YouTube channels, and it is still mostly idle:

Thanks, I already solved it with PC software, although I must recommend Streamer, which has an excellent job right now, I use it sometimes on my Raspberry Pi 3 and it works great, I love your YouTube broadcast, I must say that I arrived at the rapsberry for a tutorial you had left here, thanks again!

Remember to activate UPNP and P2P, do not forget to restart your modem and your camera

Just to comment that my camera will be replaced by Reolink, very grateful for his service.

I already bought 4 with this, and all have been very well, the model is the rlc-410, after turning off the camera dries the water and stays well for a few hours.

I do not want to touch anything because of the warranty issue.

Hello good day, I have a problem with the camera (it's new), where can I ask for support or how can I solve it? the camera has water in it, it is like humidity, after a few hours it appears in the lens of the camera, I leave some sample photos of what is happening; the camera is inside my house, it is not where I can receive water of any kind. The camera works perfectly thanks; The one that fails is Restreamer, but this one is not for monitoring and recording is only for streaming video. When you combine it with the Raspberry Pi you get it almost as if it were a free PC transmission to Youtube, almost 24/7 except that the transmission is cut every 9-11 hrs
