running latest version 8.10.4:I can't download the "clear" (highest quality) recordings anymore.Normally you select on the playback screen with right click mouse in the popup the stream quality.When you switched over in the past to the "recording" tab the video playback (and download option) was then in the same stream quality.If I select "clear" on playback, the streams on "recording" are still "fluent", If you switch back from "recordings" to "live playback" all is again on "fluent" instead of the selected "clear".

Cynthia,I contacted Reolink already 3 times now :1. Ticket (https://support.reolink.com/hc/requests/337219) where I requested that the preset function would be inserted again (since it was already there in the past).2. This forum Thread (https://reolink.com/topic/e1-pro-old-firmware/page/2/#post-1138701) where I also gave you my 2 orders numbers, where you proposed a partial refund, but did not do anything further. I gave you my order nr's (2 E1 Zoom's bought directly from Reolink, paid with [censored]l).3. I just reopened a follow up ticket (https://support.reolink.com/hc/requests/369114) on this case because Reolink closed the first ticket (where a ReoLink person told me 2 month ago the feature would be readded in 1 month).Now you just answered to use the global Reolink Contact link again to open a ticket ?This seems very bad customer service of Reolink to me.Please provide a solution.Regards,Bert
When Will this new E1 zoom firmware with basic Preset functionality be available. Until now I have not steen anything. No firmware with promised Preset function which was there in past and no partial proposed Refund. If this is how Reolink treats it’s customers I don’t expect you Will BE having much customers left after some camera Reviews.
I regret then not having bought a RLC-522 or RLC-511W model camera which still has these standard features.

Hi Cynthia,I ordered 2 on official Reolink store, see below :Order ID: #1080400Order ID: #1075370Please make proposal for partial refund (Payed both with [censored].) then for these 2 camera's as a compensation.(since I can't use them now for the purpose I ordered them including basic Preset functionality).You've got my account contact info on the Reolink platform/website.As for firmware question: I can't imagine this more expensive E1 Zoom model has less firmware space than E1 Pro cheaper model.The Preset functionality was part of the sold hardware in the past and advertised.Regards,Bert
The Preset function on the E1 Zoom was promised to me some 2 month ago :>We will update the new firmware that adds the preset function to E series Cameras.>We do apologize for the unhappy experience.>Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding.But until now this basic feature has not come back to the E1 Zoom (which was there in previous firmware versions).It was only added to the E1 Pro version, not their E1 Zoom version.When will you finally release this feature back Reolink ?If such a basic feature is not available I don't see any reason why people should buy this camera and indeed will return it if still possible.I'm also interested if Reolink will add the timelapse feature to the E1 Zoom like they did on the other Reolink cams.regards,Bert
I got the same problem losing password and settings after upgrading firmware.I think maybe it's related because I ticked the "Update configuration files" flag. (see red marked in picture)Maybe you should upgrade firmware without this flag to keep settings retained.I used this flag because I thought new firmware sometimes adds new options and settings and without this flag the new options/settings can't be used.firm.png
indeed I just made a support ticket for this : E1 Zoom non working PTZ Presets.Just ordered 2 new E1 Zoom camera's. If this basic functionality won't be fixed, I won't be ordering any Reolinks anymore in the future and will be reviewing them negatively on the internet.I also just upgraded to latest firmware, but when I read above night conditions are worse because of exposure settings changed ? I also can't use the IR light (behind window) so better exposure settings without IR should be preferable.
