In playback there are two options ("Fluent" and "Clear") on the Mac software, just above the playback timeline.
The actual camera settings can be configured with the client software, "Device settings", "Encode".

I don't use the PC client, on a Mac I right click on the device and select auto, fluent, balanced or clear.

A bit more info' would be helpful, what Mac OS version are you running and what browser are you using?

On the NVR You can see the information in "System", "System information", "Model".
If you are using the Reolink client OSX "Settings", "System information", "Device type".
I don't know the Windows client option, but it should be similar.
