Same issue on my Galaxy Z Fold 4. The app really needs to be improved for foldable phones.Please Reolink, do something about this !!!
@joseph_1979 I asked Reolink about the issue and this is their answer :This is Arielle from the Reolink service team. I sincerely apologize for the technical problem you've encountered. We understand the inconvenience this has caused and are here to assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible. I checked we don't have updated firmware on hand for this issue, could you possibly ask Joseph to take a screenshot of his camera firmware version for us to check (like the below picture)? I will help you check whether this firmware is specially provided to him and help you find the same firmware. Additionally, I really appreciate it if you could help check the below steps: 1. May I confirm if each time after the camera PT or auto-tracking, it will not return to the correct preset point and guard point? 2. May I know how often will the issue occur? 3. Please set up the preset point after calibration, will the camera work better? Please refer to this guide: How to Set up Monitor Point via Reolink Client 4. Please manually click the PT to the left and right respectively to the end, and return to the preset point after a few random PTs, will the problem be reproduced soon? Please kindly let me know the result of each troubleshooting step, it will be a great help for us to confirm the issue and help us to provide you with a suitable solution faster. @joseph_1979 I already he ve the latest firmware v3.0.0.1817_23022700. Is there another one?
@joseph_1979 I have 4 Trackmix POE and they all have the same issue. So this has definitely something to do with the firmware. This really needs to be fixed asap because it is really annoying !!! I am thinking at sending the cameras back to the place I bought them. I don't see myself dealing with this kind of issue for years!!
@romu Je rencontre le même souci. J'ai 4 caméras Trackmix POE et sur l'une d'entre elles le point de garde se décale après un suivi.J'ai refait une calibration mais cela ne règle pas le souci.Obligé de refaire le point de garde à chaque fois que cela se produit C'est bien un problème de firmware car peu de chance que les 4 caméras soient défectueuses matériellement
