Problems with patrol mode that need to be solved
(I am using iOS app, I own 3 rlc-832a cameras, 2 Trackmix Poe and an nvr 16ch)
I specifically bought the rlc832a for the patrol mode.

1. The start and stop of patrol mode doesn’t tell you whether it’s turned on or off
2. when in patrol, auto tracking will work until the next patrol point and the camera will move away from the suspect
3. I have parked cars in front and whenever it moves the siren and the auto record for vehicles activates. So I had to deactivate recording and siren for vehicles

Hello, I want to make a mini solar system to power my rlc-823a. It says 24w 2v max but I don’t think i need a big battery for that. Did anyone measure the average daily energy consumption of an rlc-823a? It would be of great help

The rlc 823a loses you at auto tracking when you run, which is useless if the thief runs quickly when near. The Trackmix is better at it. Will it be fixed with a firmware update?

I started using Reolink products 3 weeks ago, my iMac and iOS apps are up to date, I updated all the cameras manually and also connected the cameras through a Poe switch so that I can access them independently as well as from the Nvr since they have a few settings that can’t be changed from the Nvr. I’m sure they will sort out some of the problems in the future but they take too long to post updates from what I have seen. Maybe once a year. This is surely a problem as well

1. my Nvr and cameras don’t automatically update. I have to manually update them from my mac at home.
2. my Nvr doesn’t connect to my computer at home since the update
3. i wish there was a way I could change all the settings on my cameras at once from the iOS app
4. when im using scene mode to turn off and on notifications, the critical alerts don’t come on again and I have to manually turn it to every time
