Hi,i like to use a grouped hostname from NOIP. When i add in the field usernamemy1st-no-ip-org:my2nd-no-ip-org -> i got a errormessage. The camera accept not the needed colon(:) as separator. What i have to set to get the first:second noip-groupname in the user-id field to work?Regards
@cynthia_124785627824270 Hello Cynthia, unfortunately there is only one firmware onthe website you mentioned and it is also wrong and defective. I wrote more details in another topic. Please refer:https://community.reolink.com/topic/2627/warning-of-firmware-upgrade-of-the-rlc410wWhy don't you publish the current firmware that is preinstalled on the cameras This: v3.0.0.389_21062202 / build 21062202 and NOT: as v3.0.0.136_20121102 / build 20121102 Regards Birdy
Hi everybody, it looks like there is a big problem with the firmware managementof the company Reolink! I bought a new RLC-410W. I did a firmware upgrade right before commissioning. And what do I have to find out? The "new" firmware that was offered to me for download downgraded thecamera. Before flashing I took a screenshot in the web browser. It can be seen clearly here. After the "upgrade" the build no. is a smaller one as well as the firmware version number ?!And that is probably also the reason why the night vision does not work. And that with a new camera.I am not at all happy with Reolink! Please check what you are offering for download, the firmwareRLC_410W_v300136 crashes all RLC-410Ws!Why don't you publish the current firmware that is preinstalled on the cameras This: v3.0.0.389_21062202 / build 21062202 and NOT: as v3.0.0.136_20121102 / build 20121102 regardsBirdy
