@joseph_1979 Yes I know the camera is ok because on the web version on on the DVR it shows fine. I reported it to Reolink to see if they fix it. It used to be fine when I first got it.

My app used to show me 16:9 but one day it changed to 4:3. I have a NVR RLN8-410 build 2110099 firmware v3.0.0.148_21100909. My Argus 3 is displaying correctly. I am using an iPhone. Like I was saying one day it was showing right but now it’s not. It’s not only my iPhone but my wife’s iPhone as well. How can I fix it. Thanks.
