@joseph_1979 Thank you for your reply. I have hardware version N6MB01. According to the link you referred me to this hardware version “Supports some battery-powered cameras starting from NVR firmware version v3.5.0.321_24060750”. My NVR is on version v3.3.0.226_23031621 and on the app (and when I looked on the NVR) it says this is the most current version available. The NVR is at a remote location so I don’t currently have access to it. Is it possible to manually update the firmware to v3.5.0.321_24060750? Alternatively, if I wait long enough presumably the NVR will automatically update to the newer firmware version?
I have set up an Atlas PT Ultra using the app and it is working fine as a standalone camera. I want to add it to my 16 channel NVR (RLN16-410) but it does not appear on the list to be added. I have checked that the firmware on the NVR is up to date. I have another WiFi camera (RLC-810WA) connected to the same access point as the Atlas PT Ultra and that has been added to the NVR with no problem.Any advice gratefully received.
