@joseph_1979 How would that prevent the AI detection from picking up people again in the the Excluded zone? The issue isn't AI or Motion detection, it is the fact that it is detecting people in Excluded zones. Why has Reolink not figured this out. This is a simple feature which works on all model DVR/NVR from other Manufacturers. If the zone is excluded than don't detect it is simple and binary. This is a Firmware Bug with the Camera and/or NVR and needs to be brought to the developers to fix. Camera Model is RLC-1224A and NVR is 16 channel latestt model Both on latest FW manually checked. Please fow this problem to the right department to fix.
Reolink needs to update the FW to fix what is a basic feature which has been working for decades in other systems. An excluded zone should not trigger Motion alerts, this is not related to AI alerts
Hi, as the title states, one of the cameras in the front door is slightly viewing the neighbors home so we have blocked off at least 80% of the motion detection area leaving a slim area right by our front door so there should be no way there is any motion detected in the other area. However, we still get alerts for areas we have blocked. Both NVR and Camera are at the latest firmware, this is getting to be a little annoying to say the least. Any suggestions is appreciated.
