Hi,A year ago I have suggested two enhancements:1. in windows / android app you should get a button which allows you to rotate image by 90 degrees. If your camera is mounted on a side wall your image is rotated. App should allow to edit image the way its "normal".2. still absolutely nothing around fingerprint login onto reolink android app.Anything happening on these two topics? Thanks,
Hi Cynthia,Problem with false day/night switch alert is fixed for E1 Pro.https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900002595986-09-16-2020-Firmware-for-E1-Pro-513SD5-1. Optimized the day and night mode switching functionWill you release such update for C1-Pro camera? Lots of your users still have C1 and C2 cams which should be supported.I see that you enhance your software and the above fix might entirely close the problem? Thanks
Hi,Is there any obvious way that would prevent from getting false positive alerts on C1Pro and E1Pro when cameras are changing to a night mode (and from night to day mode?). Settings for day/night change are marked to <auto>.Thanks,
Hi Guys,Three improvement requests:1. please add login to application using fingerprint - faster and more secure than PIN;2. scenes - can these have additional scheduling options - eg night finishes at 6AM or similar;3. switch selected camera on/offMany thanks,Lukasz
Confirming all works well and as expected. No more false alerts while at home! Thanks again Reolink
Thanks Cynthia this is most useful.
Hi Carl,Just found this thread and it makes sense. Will try scene mode today and update. IMO the least software should offer is to manually turn PIR off with a simple click in Reolink application – like in Argus 2.In the future geofencing should be added to software. This would trigger cams automatically when you are away from home. Can you comment if these would get added in future firmware / pass suggestions to R&D?Cheers
Hi Carl,Schedule does not seem like a feasible option to do (every time you do shopping or decide to leave home for 5 minutes or so). The least software should offer is to manually turn PIR off with a simple click in Reolink application - like in Argus 2.In the future geofencing should be added to software. This would trigger cams automatically when you are away from home.I like C1 Pro and E1 Pro I received yesterday but considering returning devices as need to have a home-mode. Can you comment if these would get added in future firmware?Cheers
