@user_678187705987251_678187705987251 I've had all sorts of Reolink POE cameras connected to an NVR for the past 2 years and have run into the same type of issues. I do love them, but in the end and in my experience, all these issues come down to the connectors somehow getting water in them when it rains despite Reolink's waterproof caps. My advice is to go overboard waterproofing each connector, though the main culprit seems to be reset button.I hope this helps. Best of luck!
