I have 4 x POE Duo 2 and I’ve the same issue. I underwent that this is a difficult issue to fix. I’m a programmer and did some motion detection algorithm on the past and this one is tricky but you need to detect not only one frame changing but several ones and only trigger motion when there is enough of them changed.
