One of my cameras wasn't connected to my wifi. I figured the batteries had run down because they were old and I had some guys working in my yard right in front of the camera all day. I replaced the batteries and the camera would start talking to me and stop mid sentence. "reolink camera starting up. Please run the..." It would stop at various points in this sentence. I've tried a different set of batteries, hit the reset button with/without batteries - with/without SD card inside. Deleted the camera from the app and tried to add again. Nothing.Is this thing dead? I can't find an email contact on the website and don't know how to get in touch with Bob. Where you at Bob?
I'm not getting consistent push notifications when the cameras PIR is activated. Is the camera supposed to say "connected" all the time? Mine doesn't.
Is it possible to add the Argus to the PC client? I'm trying to backup my recordings over FTP. When I hit "scan device in LAN" nothing happens. When I try to add manually, i'm not sure if i'm using the correct information. Lastly, would being on different frequencies matter? My 2.4 and 5 ghz have the same SSID so that the band steering works (sends legacy devices to 2.4).
