your cameras using PIR or video to detect motion but specially at night this mostly not very long distance.
So there should be a new device like a PIR motion detector with battery to put somewhere and when this detector notice some motion the connected or in app selected cameras should start recording, if it’s a movable camera it should also rotate to a defined position.

So you could have multiple sensors to add to the camera system and every sensor could activate one or more cameras and rotate movable cameras to desired location. With this feature Reolink will become a full surveillance solution.

reolink, this is a very simple feature but really needed if using many (solar powered) cameras. Specially in winter the recording while being at home is a waste of battery and the cameras in my area can not be active all winter long without extra charging.
this could be fixed if they would do noting at day when I’m at home.

please make a possibility to connect cameras motion detection to other camera.
So that if one camera detects motion also the other connected cameras starts recording, no matter if they detect a motion. Also movable cameras should rotate to a desired point if motion detected.

With this function you could connect camera A to camera B and start recording if Camera A detects motion. You should have possibilities to choose if both way or one way motion link.
This would make the cameras more useful
