I have a Reolink PoE Video Doorbell Camera with v3.0.0.2033_23041302 firmware.

Settings/Network/Advanced/HTTPS Settings allows for import of a PEM certificate and Key file. The certificate file needs to have a full chain to the trusted root. I have a Let’s Encrypt certificate for my domain. I have imported a PEM file with both my domain certificate and the R3 intermediate certificate. I can now access the Reolink via HTTPS using Chrome with no errors.
