On all my installs, I install SD cards as well as record to a Synology NAS via FTP. I would like my customers to be able to playback from the NAS using the app. Can we please have this feature? Currently, we can only playback from SD cards.Thanks!
Is there no firmware upgrade planned for the RLC-410 and other cameras with IPC_3816? I have over 100 of these installed amongst my home and my clients' offices/homes. If this is the case, they will not be replaced by Reolink cameras. That's not a threat to try to get my way - I'm just saying. That doesn't instill brand trust at all. In fact, it makes me a little leery of continuing to do business with Reolink. I have enjoyed their low price and mostly good quality hardware, but it isn't worth it if their products become obsolete/incompatible within 1-2 years of buying them. Don't be lazy Reolink - support the community that supported you.
Hello,Can anyone tell me why the clear stream isn't available in the Windows client? I have installed this client on countless installs and it's always the same problem - clear stream isn't available to select in the windows client. I install these cameras for clients (as well as at my home) and I always end up installing a 3rd party solution. I use the Synology VS360HD as a viewer instead of the Reolink client along with Synology Surveillance Station to manage my recordings. I would love to use only the Reolink client, but the poor image quality in the Windows client prevents me from doing so. Does anyone know how I can get my streams in the client to use the clear stream?Thanks!Andy
