I can't seem to find where to save my video recordings to on Linux Mint - it looks like only the micro SD card is in Settings/Device/HDD/SD Card.

Actually, nothing shows there.

Hi, i have 2 C1 cameras and was waiting for the C2 Pro, which i believe is a newer, improved model to come back into stock (they've been out of stock forever) but having just checked the website it says they are discontinued - why is that?

Also, therefore, will there be an update to the C1 Pro?

Is there something wrong with these C2 Pros? They seem to have been around for ages but aren't on sale. Are you having production issues?

Just thought - i have also updated the Reolink Client on my PC - please tell me i don't now need to connect the cameras to the router...

I have updated the software on the ipads several times - never had a problem there.

So i updated the firmware on both my C1 Pros - now i get timeouts in Reolink Client on my PC. Still connect ok on ipads and phones - i have gone in there, checked the details and tried to add new device on the PC - no luck at all.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

OK, that's pretty amazing!

I was looking for this the other night and found another thread where Reolink responded with something along the lines of they don't expect people to want tour on mobile.

Well i think it's a great idea - i have an old ipad which i thought would be perfect for this - stand it on a table in the room so i could just watch my 2 cameras.

Please implement this!

Hi all, i've just bought a new C1 Pro to go with the one i've had over a year now. I noticed last Summer that on the recordings the video went distorted regularly. I've just noticed this on my brand new camera - is this due to the heat? I think it was just on hot days but haven't exactly studied it too much.

Both cameras are in front of a window (inside).
