I have two same cameras, RLC 410 5MP. I recently updated the firmware of one camera to version 20_20052300. After updating everything works except saving movies and images on ftp. After configuring the ftp settings in the camera panel and trying to test the connection I get a "faild" message. On the second camera with the previous firmware version, everything is OK.
This indicates an error in the 20_20052300 firmware version. I'm using client version 8.0.5
