SMTP Authentication need user-id and STARTTLS

Hi!
Many mail servers are configured to require authentication with a user-id, password and STARTTLS.
Reolink Argus Eco (and maybe others) is missing user-id and STARTTLS.
It should be a simple job to include this in the software.
