I've had the Agus2 for several years now and never had a problem viewing remotely.Suddenly it has stopped...I have reset the camera and switched networks.I have no problem viewing from within my wifi network but cannot over cellular as I could before.I have other P2P cameras that I'm able to do so on my phone over cellular... Not sure what has happened ...I've tried many things and no worky..help!!!
thank you for the response!
thank you Bob.
Can someone tell me if we can delete individual files off the sd card without having to remove the card physically from the camera?thanks
I cannot determine the port my camera is on..I’ve checked my wireless router but all I can attain is the IP Address.Neither the camera app nor the PC Client settings show it.The AutoScan for the camera only finds the camera via UID.I need the port number to use my browser for viewing.any advice?

I have set the Recording Schedule for the Camera to record motion and store it on my HDD.I am able to manually record to the HDD. But when I set to live streaming... the camera times out and is logged off after receiving a message that having the camera on will consume battery. How does the scheduled recording work??? I have read that the client needs to be running... I have it running but I assume it's not working due to the camera timing out. How do you not have the camera time out?any assistance is appreciated
