Hi. I tried my WiFi doorbell with my existing wiring. The transformer/chime box buzzes and the doorbell is stuck on a solid white ring and doesn’t do anything when pressed or connect to network. So I need to add the jumper, but which wires do I need to jump? (The white ones are the ones that go to the doorbell outside). BTW this is the UK - brown is live (not sure in same in other countries).
I’m using 811a’s and Duo 2 POE with the 8ch NVR. All with latest firmware. I use Scrpyted to add my cameras to Homekit using RSTP, which generally works OK.However the NVR never passes smart motion events, only ‘general’ motion. I had set general motion sensitivity to ‘1’ as I am only interested in smart motion events (people/vehicle) because I don’t want constant false arts turn the camera spotlights on.If I turn motion sensitivity up to 30, then general motion is detected by the camera/NVR and passed to Scrypted and HVS recordings are tiggered fine.Is this how it meant to work, or should smart motion events be passed on via RTSP/Onvif?
