Hi I have bought a new (second) camera 3 months ago. Everthing was fine. But now the camera does not record anything anymore. In the playback overview it says no videos available this months but camera is avtive since 2 months and ther were several videos avilable, all gone? . In the settings the "record vidro" is actitive also "motion detection" the sd (8GB) also works. Nothing helps I switched camera on /off, formatted the sd card. The camera is a Argus Eco, UID 952700032k9EZOTU Firmware 616-722-52-482. Power supply is 100% , connected with solar panel. I have never faced any issue with my first camera whichg works since 2 years w/o problems. BR Bernd
Hello, I am the owner of a new Argus Eco 2 Camera and I have a few questions about it:1) First of all I have fully charged the camera via USB. Then I installed it outside and connected a solar panel from Reolink. After now 5 days of use the battery has dropped to 79 percent. The light on the back of the camera is green. We had 2 sunny days the last days and today. However camera reamains with 79%. Is that still normal? Or does the sun always need to shine to get back to 100 percent when the solar panel is connected? How can I see the solar panel is recharging? Im sure its correctly connected. An SD card is also installed.2) Can I, if I want to charge the camera via USB, remove the battery from the Argus eco separately and charge it separately or must the whole camera always be removed?3) Does the camera delete/overwrite old recordings from the SD card automatically when the card is full? Is it possible to manually delete old recordings from the SD card?
