If they are less then 30m apart, you could totally build a zigbee or ble mesh with an aggregate endpoint consisting of one large USB or sd storage on a router board with minipcie and sim slot allowing modem upgrades as cost, opportunity, and reliability allows. You could build it with openwrt if you weren't stuck on proprietary firmware. It's still possible but would require some unsupported hacking of the cameras. Reolink could utilize their iot IP and build that solution but their marketing and product roadmaps most likely wouldn't allow such shenanigans.
