How to save screen resolution size of windows client

Is it possible to save the screen resolution size in the windows client. This is the option at the top of the screen, a square, when clicked on you can select 1024x768, 1280x800, etc. Everytime I start the client it's at 1024x768. I would like to keep it permenately at another size.
