Platform to view a selection of cameras that can be shared

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone can suggest a platform that can be used to stream multiple Reolink cameras from a single login. While the Reolink app is good, all cameras need to be individually registered to each viewing device (computer/phone), rather than a single login that has all devices registered?
