@felurian_639784271986812 If it helps anyone, I finally got around this issue by moving to a darker room to set up my camera. I was in a bright room, and when I got to the step where the camera needs to scan the QR Code in the app, the screen with the QR code was dimmed out and the camera never captured it. I randomly tried setting up in a different room that had less light, and the QR code in the app was not dimmed out. The camera was able to capture the code right away. Geesh, what a pain this issue has been.
