RLN8-410 NVR Firmware Upgrade Failure

RLN8-410 Stuck on ReoLink Logo after trying to upgrade firmware via a USB per the online instructions.

Anyone solve this or have recommendation on how to reboot or bring the NVR back to life? It is currently stuck on the Reolink logo screen and has been for over two hours.

Is there a way to restore it, reset it, or anything that will allow it to function again? Surely this is fixable and someone has solved it?
