I've got an RLC-422W and when I am adding cameras to QVR Pro on my QNAP NAS, it is not recognized, and I have to add it manually as a ONVIF brand and Onvif ProfileS Cameras as model. Any chance of getting this sorted so I can add it as the proper brand and name? Thanks
Actually, the only way currently to stop this from happening is to turn the internal camera off
Oh, yes! I really like the cameras but, like the poster above, I have an internal and an external, and the fact that when I'm in they are always sending me notifications and recordings is super annoying. I can't believe there is not a simple toggle switch that disables any rule regarding motion detection alerts.I can understand the idea of a schedule, but what if I'm on holiday for a day, and at home during time I'd normally have the motion detection on? I'd rather not have to delete any rules I have in place and then recreate them everytime I want to turn off motion detection and recording! Just a simple toggle beside each camera in the Reolink mobile app which allows me to switch off {or on) motion detection for that camera would be perfect - then any rules I have set up regarding recording would only come into effect when I've toggled on the motion detection. It's so irritating that I'm considering switching to a different brand of camera, which I'd really rather not do.
