Is there a way to change the video resolution for Motion Detection email?
Also it will be great if atleast able to change the subject line for each camera.

2: For remote playback I have 27/7 continuous recording. But have set-up alarm to record video on motion detection. I need to search via Triggered Alarm option but nothing appears in search except the whole day recording.
3: But how about updating the Camera firmware? Do I have to login to NVR to do so? It's in attic and you can't expect to go to nvr every time new firmware is out and I have climb with monitor just to update it?

1) Throws error, configuration failed if changing any settings and then no live feed. On mobile app it works fine but client ...

2) The search in playback show nothing based on the alarm or motion detection and as soon I start playing from remote location, it just stops and even camera stop recording.

3) No option to update firmware remotely via Windows App.

Hi, not sure if you were to fix it or not. I had same issue, the fix was to register NVR using UID and connect mode as P2P on app (I have android) and same with PC client. By default it is with IP/Lan.

Got email yesterday and tried to install new firmware for camera RLC-410 & RLC 422, both gave error 'Update failed!. Please check file'.
Also no option in Windows Client app under maintenance to remote update as shown in instruction PDF.

Got the NVR + 4 camera kit, this week tried to install it. The ethernet cable is around 50 feet, and not 60 feet as mentioned which is huge pain now for me. Installed the camera from attic and now wire is short by few feet.
Have to order new ones, adding another cost.

Why save on few cents for such a nice setup. This is not where you cut corners or else just remove cables from kit and make it more cheaper.
Not impressed with cables.
