We have not been able to get our cameras to stream in real time or at least closer to real time. There appears to be a 9 second lag in the feed. This is only when we view it via the Reolink web client on our desk top computers that we have this problem. We use both PC and Mac. Is there anything I can adjust in settings to help with this issue? I should mention that it is working perfectly when looking at the monitor which is connected via HDMI directly to the NVR.
We have had a RLN16-410 system installed and working well since May. Yesterday everything just quit. The NVR seems to power on but I am unable to login or even see any cameras on the NVR monitor. The green and yellow indicator lights on the back of the NVR, where the camera cables connect, flash momentarily as though our 14 cameras are trying to connect, then they turn solid. After several seconds they try again. I have tried unplugging the entire unit so it will reset and have even taken the advice from Reolink online trouble shooting and disconnected the HDD...no difference. Please, any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.
