Allow scene mode to set settings like Auto-Tracking and Spotlight for the E1 Outdoor POE.

There is also an issue with the scene mode disabling the critical alerts every time a scene disables the Push notifications.
These settings should stay intact independent from the selected scene. This would be important for Auto-Tracking and Spotlight as well.
