I have a Reolink NVR at my home and can access it with the app. If I go to another location where I am using a Starlink router, the app will not connect. Any idea what the problem is?

Can the trackmix camera automatically capture still images?

Can the trackmix wifi be used as poe? It has an ethernet port. Not sure if I want poe or wifi. If the wifi can do both with order that. Still can't find manual for either.
