I'm experiencing the exact same thing.

I'm running version 8.12.1.

If I delete the camera and add it back in I have PTZ buttons. If I then close the app and re-open it they are not there.

I'm running a Reolink TrackMix PoE with firmware v3.0.0.0.1817_23022700
