See screenshots from router showing slow camera and other fast cameraScreen-Shot-2020-03-20-at-8.24.56-PM.pngScreen-Shot-2020-03-20-at-8.24.32-PM.png
My RLC-411WS streams very slow (under Performance the Ethernet port throughput only shows 117 KB/s). The Clear stream is very choppy, only Fluent works. I have tried this camera with both the physical ethernet cable and with Wi-Fi, all with the same result. This problem exists on Reolink macOS app, Reolink iOS app, and Reolink Web interface.I also have a RLC-511WS on the same network which streams fast and shows Ethernet port throughput of over 1 MB/s.I also have a RLC-410W-5MP on the same network which streams fast and shows Ethernet port throughput of over 1 MB/s.All cameras are on the same network in the same location. Only the RLC-411WS is extremely slow. The RLC-411WS is Hardware Version IPC_3816M and Firmware Version v2.0.0.1441_19032108.Why is the RLC-411WS streaming 10 times slower than the other cameras?
I have many Reolink cameras with solar panels, and they all have the same problem. The solar panel connector (micro USB format) does not have any resistance when plugged in. It is too loose. It just falls out. Over time, the resistance becomes less and less, and eventually it just falls out.Why did you do this? Why was this designed so poorly?I have to use rubber bands to keep it inside. Please advise for better solution.IMG_0491.jpgIMG_0492.jpg
Same problem. How can I update my RLC-410W-5MP?
NOTE: This ONLY happens with the Reolink MacOS client. There is no problem when I use the Reolink HTTP interface directly.
My RLC-411WS only uses 1.4 Megabits/second in bandwidth and is always serving low quality and laggy video. I checked the settings in Encode->Encode and set it to Clear, highest resolution, maximum bitrate of 8192 kbps, H.264 profile High. The Reolink camera is using Ethernet (not wifi) and is directly connected to the router. I can see in the router that the camera is only using 1.4 Megabits/second.I also have Reolink RLC-410W-5MP and Reolink RLC-511W cameras, with the same settings, and they are all using the full 8192 kbps with smooth high quality video. What is wrong with my RLC-411WS? It only recently started having this problem.Screen-Shot-2019-08-29-at-12.53.55-AM.png
