I have a lot of issues with bugs, spiders, rain, snow or anything setting off my motion detection alert on my cameras. Is it possible to integrate human detection in a firmware update? This would alleviate any issues with false positives.
Hi -I have trouble at night with bugs, spiders or even fog setting off my motion detection. So I wake up in the morning and have 30 or 40 notifications on my phone from it. Any suggestions on how to fix this?OR can you release a firmware update that has "human detection" instead of detecting everything ALL the time. I also have the motion detection settings at the highest for insensitivity. Still doesn't do the job. Thanks
No Rawlings there is an issue. I am having the same problem. Been logging in for the past year no problem and tonight it has shit the bed. Any help would be appreciated.
I like using the mobile app but at night the app is picking up bugs, rain and snow which is making my phone constantly receive push notifications. Anyway to adjust this so that it only picks up humans, cars & other important matters?Do I need to adjust the sensitivity level? If I do, what do you suggest having it on?ThanksDaniel
Hi -First I would like to say that you did a good job with the recent update to the mobile app.I would like to suggest something. Is there anyway to come up with an easier way to playback your motion recordings on your mobile device?Maybe you could setup a section in the mobile app dedicated to motion detections recordings. It is just a bit tedious to have to maneuver through all of those blue lines to get to the motion detection recording you want to see.For example: I receive a push notification on my phone that the camera picked up. I unlock my phone and go to reolink app -> and a tab for motion detections and bang all of your detections are there.Currently I have to open the app -> go to playback -> choose the date -> search the date -> then maneuver through all the blue lines before I can find what time this happened. By that point if it was a burglar they would have stolen everything in my house and been gone.Like I said this is just a suggestion but it would be nice.
I am able to log in remotely from another computer offsite but I can't get the live feed to show. I can change settings & do anything else besides view live feed. I am viewing the IP camera from Public IP:Port # so everything is configured correctly. Just need to figure out whats going wrong with the live feed. Any suggestions? Thanks,Daniel
Forum Admin --I am in the same boat as Rich. Regardless of being on the same network or not you have to continually change it to either balanced or clear after logging out and back in. I believe there is a glitch with the mobile app because with the client software on my laptop it will save those settings. Unfortunately on the mobile app I have to continually change it to get the display settings I want as default. I hope we can find a solution for this problem.Daniel
Hi --I do click on the save button every time.Answers to your questions:1. I am trying to change stream type, resolution, bitrate, FPS.2. iOS.3. 2.2.15It seems that there is a new version out for iOS? If so, please provide me with a download link. I originally installed the app from the App Store. Thanks,Daniel
The mobile app will not save encoder settings. I will set what I want and then log out of the app. If I log back in the settings have changed. Apparently, there is an issue with the app and saving settings. Please fix this.
