@steve_364942210965687 Same. But I don't have time to write up requests. This should have been in the application from day 1.
Am having the same issue. The 8.10.4 current version doesn't work with the calendar date selection, the calendar doesn't show up, making it impossible to go back to previous days and retrieve video. And I need to retrieve some video clips from the previous day right now.The 8.8.5 version (previous version) doesn't display the individual clip tiles for the previous date underneath the bar that shows where there is recording. Instead, there is a delay, then it only displays a camera icon with an 'x', as if it was unable to load (5.8ghz wifi, modern router with gigabit ethernet). That makes it very difficult to navigate, as there is no 'fine selection' underneath, but instead only the entire bar that covers 24hrs.I did read this thread, and update the C++ redistributable as the person suggested. And yes, by dragging the camera out on 8.10.4, I can briefly, just for a split second, get the calendar selection to appear. But then it disappears again.Edit: 8.10.4 is kind-of working now: I had to install the x64 redistributable latest, and java, and now the calendar popup works to select a date. However, the issue with not being able to load the distinct clips panel at the bottom, below the entire day's recordings, still shows a broken camera icon. It does load on the current-day, where there is only a few hours of camera recordings. This windows laptop is older, but does have 8GB of ram. I know I need to update my computer, but my feeling is the software should be able to load all the tiles for one day. There are no other apps open. It's set to Low resolution, on a 4MP camera, so it shouldn't overwhelm the laptop.
