I received today an RLC-410W and I wanted download the latest firmware for this model to avoid problem, but the problem is after upgrade the version is lower ... as it was a downgrade and not an update ...

I found this "new" firmware from a topic updated by Charlene 10 days ago only ...

Hopefully I made a screenshot before the update :



And now I have this result :



How could I retrieve the previous (and more recent) firmware (v2.0.0.584_19110603) or the latest firmware please ? I don't find the firmware I had on your website or a newer version ...
